For the project you are working on, a "clean room" just isn't necessary, and the cost associated with building one would probably be more than the cost of the thing you are building. If you do want to build a 'clean box', I'd suggest cutting two 5" diameter holes in the tupperware box and gluing a couple of silicone rubber gloves into them - Biohazard cabinet style.
